1. Pantai Geting, Tumpat.
Pantai Geting is located next to the Pantai Seri Tujuh in Tumpat. It is said that 'Geting' name is derived from the English word 'get in'. If you have a picnic on this beach, you may be presented with a beautiful surroundings and spectacular views.
The area is also very spacious than the Pantai Cahaya Bulan. Here, visitors can also play kite. Not only that, The beach is also the official host the Pertandingan Wau Antarabangsa Kelantan. (Kelantan International Wau Competition).
2. Pantai Cahaya Bulan (PCB)
Pantai Cahaya Bulan is one of the famous beaches in Kelantan, and formerly known as Pantai Cinta Berahi (PCB). This beach is also the most preferred beach to visit because it is the closest picnic area near Kota Bharu, which is about 10km away.
Pantai Cahaya Bulan is the landing area the Japanese to attack the British on December 8, 1941. At one point, this beach named Beach Erotic Love, a name said to be given by a British soldier while he was on shore at the time of World War II. At that time, the soldier is suffering because of unrequited love. Some local people are still using the old name today, although they prefer to refer to this beach as PCB.
